While the San Francisco Ballet is busy staging its annual Nutcracker, preparations are well underway for the 2018 Repertory Season.
This will includes familiar favorites, classic fairy tales, contemporary ballets, and a boundary-breaking exploration of the future of ballet.
(We are always keen on seeing Tomasson’s The Sleeping Beauty).
At the heart of its 2018 Repertory Season is Unbound: A Festival of New Works, for which 12 international choreographers will create 12 world premiere ballets.
